I am appalled at the condition you left my elderly fathers yard after repairing a leak. You then said he "signed a contract" of which is not at all legible. Then, you told him "that is why we gave you a discount on the work" that costed $3100. I don't know much about plumbing, but i sure know i would never hire a company that did that much damage and was not at all willing to come help repair or cover a part of the damage. Truly unprofessional! I wish i could upload photos to really show the damage done.
