I had been advised to replace entire hvac system re alleged need to replace induction fan & leak in ac coil at a cost of $13000. Called Schoonover for second opinion. System tested. Fan checked. No issues found. AC charged. Very pleased with service. Second opinion saved money. I'll stay w Schoonover for future service! Appreciate Dalton!

We had Schoonover Plumbing and Heating install a Mitsubishi mini split system in our 2 story home in July of 2023. Works well for both heating and cooling. We were so pleased with the performance and energy we saved that we put in a second unit in our finished basement. It also reduced our power consumption. We have also had Schoonover do the annual service . Very pleased.
