Scheduled a service call, was never told if I don’t confirm the day before that they would automatically reschedule. It’s 103* in my building… it pushed it out 8 days. Unreal.
A friend suggested Schoonover’s to me for my heating installation, and they did not disappoint. They were quick to respond to my needs, were timely and punctual, and followed up when they said they were going to. When I had concerns about my home, they addressed them professionally and happily. It’s hard to find good business these days, so it was a relief to work with such professionals. Very thankful for them!
Schnoonovers is Excellent. Devin Murphy has repaired and maintained my furnace and air conditioner for two years. He is dedicated to resolving any issues and has to be the kindest and most thoughtful person I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Schoonover Plumbing and Heating.
We made an appointment with them for a service at our house 3 weeks ago. Day of the appointment 2 hours before they were scheduled to arrive they canceled the appointment and rescheduled it for 3 days later. Not impressed but things happen so we understand . Now TODAY my husband gets a message that they have to cancel tomorrow and can’t re-schedule us until July 15th.
