The place is located in a great spot. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. It is a bit dated, the pool and outaide hot tub are ok, small and need some work. The inside hot tub... dont even waste your time. We did not get to see the remodeled rooms that are floors 16 - 12. We were on the 9th. The staff was great, friendly and professional. The owners of the building need to pocket less and invest in the building.
Had a great time rate it a 10.Enjoyed the room and the people who runs it. Meet very nice people who where staying there. Only thing the sofa needs to be upgraded but besides that nothing I will stay there again.
Rooms are very large. They are just very outdated on certain floors. Small but clean pool & hot tub in the back. Right on the beach. Good parking. Has a great location on Ocean Blvd near 21st ave. Most staff is friendly. Obe negative is no food on location, but food close by. If they remodel the other floors, I'd come back for sure.
