Did not like the linen service, you can only exchange linen twice a week on specific days. So, if your stay isn't in the 2 days, you will have to launder your towels, etc. Facility is a little dated but overall a nice space for couple or family stay. I loved the area that had the bunk beds tucked away for additional sleepers. Beach access was also great. Parking wasn't bad but you must display parking pass or be towed. Rooms are very large. They are just very outdated on certain floors. Small but clean pool & hot tub in the back. Right on the beach. Good parking. Has a great location on Ocean Blvd near 21st ave. Most staff is friendly. One negative is no food on location, but food close by. If they remodel the other floors, I'd come back for sure.

Been going there for over 40 years (time share). Best investment ! We take a vacation every year, no matter what! That’s what a time share is meant to be. We love the beach, the rooms are clean and great. What else could you want?
