I lived at Schoolview Apts for several years with my spouse. Previous owners had their issues but someone would be by to fix things even if it wasn't done well. They had new owners take over and it got even worse. Things that would come up and need repaired were submitted and never fixed. The landlady treated my spouse and I like we was inferior or dumb. Biggest scam in Indiana! Do not move here unless you can afford to pay three times as much to Duke as you pay in rent because they have no maintenance staff to fix hot water drips! Absolutely disgusting! Also fake "ADA signs" because no one has ever seen the invisible ADA apartment! What a scam!
