Customer service is the best schools 1st is the best credit union second to none.
Outstanding service! This is the fastest, most efficient Credit Union in Mission Viejo. My card has been compromised a couple times during the pandemic & recession. Schools First always does an excellent job identifying fraudulent charges and correcting errors on my accounts. I was very impressed when I walked in on my lunch to get a new card last month. Other credit unions take 15-30 minutes to replace & make a new card but the folks at this branch canceled my old card and handed me a new one in under ten minutes. Awesome s... read more
Horrible car buying experience. Lisa Perez sold me a car that was in the middle of a class action suit for an extremely costly repair. By the time I figured it out, it was too late to be included. Should have known something was up because the car had (minor) issues but issues from the beginning. It was a yellow flag but I was glad to have the process over with.
