Helpful the staff is excellent go beyond the call of duty. I will recommend this Credit Union to everyone.
EDIT: Notice how the reply doesn't offer a goodwill deletion of the credit line. Schoolsfirst doesn't actually care. They just want to feign empathy with meaningless words. I originally opened my account with a different credit union that was later bought by SchoolsFirst. Right away I asked if I could pay my loan directly from an external bank account. I was told that was not possible and that I had to transfer money into a SchoolsFirst checking account first, then log in again and pay the loan from there. The catch is the t... read more
I originally opened my account with a different credit union that was later bought by SchoolsFirst. Right away I asked if I could pay my loan directly from an external bank account. I was told that was not possible and that I had to transfer money into a SchoolsFirst checking account first, then log in again and pay the loan from there. The catch is the transfer (they pushed me toward Zelle) took days, so every month became a multi step process: move money, wait 3 to 5 days, then come back and make the payment.
