Good place
I’ve lived at Schoolhouse Flats for about a year now. The apartments are large and I have enjoyed my space. The property is managed well and the maintenance man is almost always around to help with any issues. Rent is reasonable compared to other apartments in Cincinnati or surrounding areas.
Nice place , I enjoyed living there , Thanks a lot to you Demaree , you are professional, helpful and decent person, you made me feel welcomed. Thanks to you Scott as well for taking care of schoolhouse and it’s residents. Miss you guys. Best regards ! Diaby.
