The technician was supposed to arrive on a Thursday to preform service, he never arrived or called. I called Monday and was told he would be out Friday, that he had fallen behind due to snow. Friday came and went with a no show. I checked my online banking, to find that I had been charged for service on Friday that had never occurred, no one had permission to debit my card, I didn't sign a receipt.
