Clean, convenient, and amazing customer service. The entire facility is well lit, the owners are quick and responsive, and security cameras help make me feel as if my stuff is secure. Would recommend!!

My experience with School Street Self Storage was amazing! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. How to use School Street Storage in a very spur-of-the-moment situation and being a single parent I was unfortunately unable to pay my building fees for 2 months. However the owner so graciously waved my late fees and continually reached out to me as to keep me posted on reminders of when to pay which was extremely helpful considering I have basically no memory left LOL would absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend!!!
