I ordered a lettermen jacket for my daughter back in September. In October we unexpectedly moved. I emailed Aaron Richie, who then forwarded my email to Laurie Cobble. I explained to Laurie that when the jacket was ordered, we lived at a different location. I asked if they could update our address, so the jacket isn't shipped to a home we no longer live in. I spend 700 + on a ring and i cant even get it cleaned and returned to me or nobody answering ever
Ordered school pics spent almost $100 for pictures that look like trash bold black line on bottom half of pictures and they wouldn't make them right for me I highly recommend finding someone else to do any pictures I will NEVER order from here again
One week before graduation and my daughter’s gown got damaged. My daughter was panicking. I got a hold of Aaron and he let me know how to get a new gown. I visited their store and Laurie helped us and even went through the trouble of steaming the gown for us. Thank you both. My experience was great.
Senior year is supposed to be the best year of the student's school life. Jostins made sure that it was in fact the worst for my granddaughter. I ordered the entire graduation package. 3 things were missing, the note inside said that they were replacing 1 thing with another, and neither thing was there. They also messed up her senior jewelry twice. Please think twice before using them.
