Years ago when Stone House ran this place it was taken care of, they knew the building. I lived there for almost 19 years in the early 2000s. I later moved back When Coachlight took over they ran it into the ground. These people are slumlords who have no respect for WI statutes when it comes to renters, especially those with handicap status. Advertised the apartments as having air conditioning yet it’s never been fixed after more than a year. There is no standard of the lease held, they pick and choose what parts of the lease to uphold depending on what suits their interests best. They also own Fairview apartments for seniors in Jefferson in which they have many complaints from tenants with the city of Jefferson. The apartment manager o... read more

Company only cares about profits, so basically if anything goes wrong that would require them to pay for anything it won't get done. Would not recommend at all, management is impossible to get a hold of.

Not a recommended place to live! Although the rent is affordable, the quality of management is well beyond poor. Upon move in, our apartments we not ready- smoke stained blinds, slow draining tub, leaking toilet, cobwebs and piles of dead bugs crowded the closet shelve tops, dog feces smudged in the corner of our entry way, ripped up base boards, front door that HARDLY closes properly were all issues that were ill addressed upon move in. After about 2 months of living here we still have yet to get 80% of these issues fixed, ... read more
