I agree with you Lisa, I also worked here before. I guess the company is trying to save themselves by acting like we're not in their "records." Insperity manages their personnel records. They are definitely a racist company. They even had complaints filed against them with the Office of Human Rights. They definitely tried to hire me as an independent contractor, but asked me to fulfill the duties of a full time employee, which is definitely illegal.
Hi there, Lisa. I work at the School-Based Health Alliance and we've looked through all of our personnel files from the last 22 years. No one by the name "Lisa Sims" has ever been affiliated with our organization. Perhaps you have us confused with another nonprofit!
I once worked for this company and it was by far the most illegally ran, racist, disorganized, & shady company I had ever worked for. They once tried to get me to literally work for free without paying me OT.
