I recently bought a car from Schoner and had an extremely positive experience all-around. I purchased my car from Derek and he couldn’t have been easier to work with during the entire buying process. He’s incredibly nice, responsive, and knowledgeable while keeping my budget in mind and being extremely respectful throughout the entire process. Derek and everyone else at the dealership were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend Schoner to anyone looking for a car.
Hands down worst experience and service ive ever had. Took my truck there 4 times to have checked for a bounce in the rear end and everytime they could never find anything. So I took it to another shop and in a hour they found out the rear axle was bad. Took it to the dealer for factory warranty work. They tried to rebuild the axle 3 times and couldn't. Service Advisor Courtney kept me informed of the service work and wait time. They finished on schedule and we were able to wait in the comfortable customer lounge. The video of the work by the Service Tech was a nice touch. Very clean facility and excellent customer service.
We bought a Chevy Tahoe over the phone from Texas. Everything was easy and no run arounds. Tim was good at keeping us updated about when it was going to ship as best as he could. The holidays made it more complicated than it normally would have been.
