I took my older car into Schomp Subaru on Havana street in Aurora and was impressed by the service. Michael C. In express service was on point, professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and quick to address any questions and concerns that I had regarding my car and needed or recommended service.
We purchased a brand new 2017 Subaru Forester XT Touring in May of 2017. We have been in and out of the shop seven different times in the past two years due to a faulty engine. This XT model is now discontinued due to having so many issues and Schomp Subaru's, previously known as Shortline Subaru's, offer of a $700 contribution towards a $4,000 extended warranty is appalling.
