Do not recommend... I rented from Scholl Properties for a year in one of the Spring Arbor Units. Unit was clean and tidy! I had several issues with the locks on the door and it not working correctly, I had original keys and I was locked out because the lock that was reportedly fixed continued to not work. To top it off, I called the landlord they didn’t answer left a message finally get a call back only to be told there is nothing that could be done at that moment I would have to wait until maintenance was back from out of t... read more
