My ex wife took her 2016 Kia here. She have been facing Multiple problems with them and her vehicle she purchased from them within a year ago. *Edit* So you gave me a call at 1:12 P.M. I called back at 1:29 P.M. not sure where the 10:35 comes in, as I stated in the comment below that you replaced the blade. I will also state after leaving this review it was checked to see if I had warranty on it and the price changed, but I still feel like customer service is lacking.
