Below describes the issue I had. I did receive a call from a manager who listened then explained the situation. I completely understand. There was a failure on someone's part to contact me to explain how a recall works. I appreciate the call and explanation. Had an early morning appt to wait for a recall to be done. I came in to get my car worked on and had great service!! The customer lounge was beautiful and every employee I came in contact with was professional and kind. Ben on the serve drive was fantastic!!

I love the environment, but I had an AC problem, and they told me it would cost a little less than $3,000. In Wichita's market, the same job would cost at most $2000 in our current market, according to ChatGPT. But that wasn't the main issue.
