I went here for an oil change reasonably priced. They even wash the car when they are done which is really nice! Ben was very kind. I will be back!
The general manager is a very level headed guy and is great at understanding customer complaints; I think his name was Brian Cox. He resolved my problem easily just as it should have been handled by the service manager.
I recently had the interior of my 2014 Honda Civic detailed by these folks. It needed it bad, I'm afraid. Water spots on the seats, dirty floormats, crevices collecting schmutz, film on windows. They said I didn't need to remove my personal items, but I did anyway, putting stuff from different places into individual bags for my own convenience later. Came in for a few recalls and they came back with thousands of dollars worth of "needed" repairs. One of those being windshield wipers that I'd personally installed just days ago. Upon second opinion at my own trusted mechanic, most of the stuff "needed" was actually not accurate at all and saved me thousands!! Life is financially hard on us all already, why be greedy with your customers? Disgusting!
I only regret that I didn't come in for service sooner since I've owned my car. I've been to a few different auto shops around west town, and while the charges for oil changes are basically the same, I never felt as welcome elsewhere. They include a car wash and a more thorough inspection in the price here. I was very glad to meet Russ, he is a very mild-mannered and patient guy who explained everything to me.
