Fantastic service center. Professional management and skilled technicians. Caitlin, the service manager, is a wonderful person, knowledgable, and took care of us last minute. Ryan is a master tech and took really good care of our vehicle. Can’t thank this team enough.
Took my 17 Ridgeline in to Wichita Scholfield East for oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire rotation. During inspection, my service rep Claudia came out to the waiting area and informed me that my front struts were leaking, that she had already contacted the warranty company, and that they were covered. Had the repairs/service done and all is well. Claudia always takes good care of me and the service is outstanding.
Needed to replace my A/C condenser. Left with a new axle and strut. Customer service is the main reason I continue going to Schofield for repairs. Excellent mechanics, transparency, and helpfulness. After receiving the walk around video showing me the damaged axle, I requested it be changed to avoid a hazardous driving condition. I am not a robot. Sad I have to verify such things like that nowadays. Only reason I say it is overpriced is I was able to find the same parts for less. The markup on parts is high, imo. But, great ... read more
Claudia, that’s all I gotta say. She’s amazing. I had a car inspected there after getting it from CARVANA just to go through some things and she was amazing so much so, that the next vehicle I buy I’m going to personally ask her to sell me One from there!!!!!
Went to the dealer for a couple of dash lights. Made a appointment for early in the morning, so they would have time to work on it. Had to call them a 12:30 to see where they were at. Service manager said they were at lunch but should have something in a hour or so and he would call me back. Finally called me back at 4 to tell me they need more time to diagnose the issue but that would cost more. Told me the same thing you could get from a 5 minute goolge search, charged me 189 dollars and sent me home.
