I don't recommend going here. I took my Car in for an AC issue, they charged me almost $500 to put some Free On in there. I took it home the next day, but the AC still wasn't working, I took it back and they said "I don't know how the mechanic missed it the first time, but it looks like the car has been in an internal car wreck". They wanted me to pay over $6,000 (more than the car is worth) to fix it. I took it to another place and got it fixed in two days for $1,500. Service was not great, I was undermined and upcharged. Fantastic service center. Professional management and skilled technicians. Caitlin, the service manager, is a wonderful person, knowledgable, and took care of us last minute. Ryan is a master tech and took really good care of our vehicle. Can’t thank this team enough.
Took my 17 Ridgeline in to Wichita Scholfield East for oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire rotation. During inspection, my service rep Claudia came out to the waiting area and informed me that my front struts were leaking, that she had already contacted the warranty company, and that they were covered. Had the repairs/service done and all is well. Claudia always takes good care of me and the service is outstanding.
Needed to replace my A/C condenser. Left with a new axle and strut. Customer service is the main reason I continue going to Schofield for repairs. Excellent mechanics, transparency, and helpfulness. After receiving the walk around video showing me the damaged axle, I requested it be changed to avoid a hazardous driving condition. I am not a robot.
