Lived here two years and never had an issue. They have timely maintence, a quiet neighborhood, and are located next to a 6 bus stop and are a 5 or so minute walk away from a 9 stop.
Unauthorized entry into apartments continues to occur, and the free internet is extremely slow. It's even impossible to access Gmail during evening peak hours.
Hi I lived in Scholars Quad for a year. As I had graduated early, I left before my leases ended. Due to some miscommunication with my existing roommate and some repairs I was not able to get my security deposit back. Laurie Scheffel helped me out. She ensured that I got my deposit back after making justified deductions. Even though I had moved to a new city she went out of the way to contact me and sent me my check. Great place to live. Only the street and train noise might be the problem for sensitive people. Strengths - Professional and courteous staff - Quiet neighborhoods - Most Furnitures are in the room; refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction, washer & dryer. - Decent foods are right next - Transportation (6L, 6 bus, and 10) - Location
