I love living here! I’m near everything and Luciana is an awesome property manager! She’s makes this place fabulous and I appreciate her!
Worst place to ever live in!
Just moved in as I recently got a job in Chicago, so far so good, Luciana was excellent in showing me everything in the building and I lucked out in getting brand new items in my apartment, no pests or issues so far and everyone seems to be on the ball so far. The only ding is its obviously an older building, but the apartment i have is great so far and the maintenance team seems to up for any issues I may have.
DO NOT SCHEDULE A SHOWING WITH THIS COMPANY Awful service (or lack thereof). They do not get back to you at all. No matter what time of day you call, even during business hours, they will never pick up the phone. I was supposed to have an appointment for a Tuesday and I received a reminder that the showing was for Monday. When I called to ask why they got it wrong, nobody answered. I called 10 times, and emailed 4 times, and still nothing. Clearly they do not care about their potential clients at all. Ridiculous...... UPDATE... read more
