Don't even deserve the 1 star rate for this company. 1st visit went good with my daughter, her boyfriend and I, it was just a test drive. 2nd visit closed not realizing they close at 6 PM and sales person didn't acknowledge the closing time when I messaged we were coming in to Madison (1 hr drive) to look at another car and was going to stop by to look at the car again. As a teenager and it being my first time looking for a car I had my mother drive me 30 minutes to visit a car here. I got a 2009 Toyota Tacoma from Schoepp Motors in October of this year. I like the truck well enough and Charlie C***** was great but I am really dissatisfied with my overall experience. Right away after I bought it I noticed that speed switch for the interior fan only worked on high. When I called to see if they would fix it, since it had been less than 90 days/3,000 miles driven since I purchased it, and I was informed that they would be happy to sell me to the part I need and charge me for the labor. Be very leery of this dealership. Bought a 2015 F150 from them a couple months ago and now the front suspension is making all kinds of noises. It was never inspected as well as it should have.
Took my car in for warranty work two hundred miles later fond they didn't tighten my tire right. Called them and never got a call back. Now I'm out $150 to get my car repaired right.

after owning my Dodge Charger for 1 month I had to replace the entire cooling system. radiator, water pump all the hoses were leaking, and the car was over heating spent $1300 on it and it sat for a month while i came up with the money. when i picked the car up it had a dead battery flat tires and would barely start. they didnt even help me jump start the car or pump up the tires.
