Do not do business with them no matter what! They are worse than any preconceived thoughts you have on used car salespeople. They do not stand behind their vehicles and have no ethics. Will never do business with them again and urge everyone out there to stay far away.
Horrible experience. I drove from Appleton to Middleton to test drive a specific type of car. I was made an offer. I explained it wasn't within my budget. I was made another lower offer and all the numbers it included. I asked to make a phone call and the sales person, Charlie, stepped out for a moment. He came back into the office and I said I accepted that lower offer. So Charlie responds I can't offer that to you anymore and will have to go back to the original offer, which was obviously higher. Purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado from them on 10/15/22. The week after I made the first payment (11/21/22)the truck completely shut down and would not start again. They added an after market bumper on it which is causing the sensors to go haywire and not an entire system issue with the computer of the truck. Had to have it towed to a GM dealer to try and get it running again. Now here we are 12/17/22 and it’s doing the same thing. Stay away. I bought a Jeep here and in less than a year it has been in the shop 6 times, First time only moments off the lot. Schoepps is the reason not to trust car sales men. Stay away!
