It’s interesting that my counselor is both extremely professional yet seems to truly care about me. He mainly listens but when he does give me suggestions or advice it’s the kind that shows a deep understanding of me and the suggestion is spot on, able to be implemented, and turns out pointed me in the right direction. Dr. Ben and all the staff are very caring and helpful people.
He has been an amazing advocate and provider in my mom's diagnosis of early onset Alzheimer's. It's important not to know the why this happened but to know what to expect and what difference we can make to slow the progression or make this an easy transition with each stage. I truly believe we would still be on that quest if not for him. My mom is happier that we found him. Thank you for your dedication.
Dr.Ben is amazing. My mom is his patient and he has immensely improved her daily living. I’m not sure where we would be without him and his expertise in minimizing the severe symptoms she was experiencing. Dr. Ben is kind, patient, and truly invested in the people he serves. Our family is very grateful for him!
Dr. Ben is so easy to work with. He truly cares about his patients as individuals. He listens to us and explains things very well.
I wish he didn't just see Alzheimer's and TBI patients per his office. I had a referral. He won't see any patients with NF1, migraines, chronic depression/anxiety, and/or migraine induced vertigo. I can't ever remember anything and become forgetful and his reviews brought hope, but I was wrong. Back to not finding any help or medication.
