Poor management
As a team leader, I was verbally abused by the production manager on many occasions. Everyone they hire as temp gets let go of as soon as the contract ends, they are only in need for small production spikes maybe once or twice a year. So if your looking for long term work with advancement I would recommend looking somewhere else. Also the products are sent out faulty and they know about this. Very shady company.
