Jeffery is a hack, inconsiderate, and does not know what he is doing, I'll never recommend him even for my dog, if I could no stars

Waited over 2 hours on a few occasions and was only with Dr. Schock for less than 5. He is always rushed and doesn't listen. Worst pain after surgery I've ever experienced and it was unsuccessful. I feel some things were definitely NOT done properly. Will never go back. Would not recommend him to anyone.
They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Let me just say, I was pretty shocked that this business was in such a bad neighborhood. It's not what I was expecting when I made the appointment and I did not feel safe.
