We had some issues with our Grady that no one else could figure out. The Schock team diagnosed the issue and we are up and running. Above and beyond service and support!!! Thank you
If you can avoid buying from this company, please do! We spent a lot of money on a boat here to find out our brand NEW boat had many flaws. How embarrassing for a company.. right? Actually, they could care less!! Dings, scratches, things that were paid for but not on the boat and vinyl hanging from all the windows. We were promised this things would be resolved, but here we are 6 months later ... still trying to resolve the issues and given constant false promises. I'M SO DONE with this company, now I am hiring a separate co... read more

They really don’t no about the new motor they sale they tell u something about the new motor and it’s wrong I wish I didn’t get my new outboard motor from there it’s been 10 and I still don’t know what wrong with new motor
Charged me $4k for two pages worth of work and nearly half was never done. Didn't get to run the boat for a year as was doing a full overhaul (paint, new gas tank, etc.) by the time I got it back on the water and discovered all of this stuff (or discovered some of it along the way of the overhaul), the two people running it (Kat and Josh) were gone. Example: charged for 2 thermostats, but when the motor kept overheating, I removed them and they were the original ones that should have been replaced. Charged me for a new bait ... read more
