The Schock Team was professional and extremely knowledgeable Jim Hatch in sales never tried to up-sell any options or pressure us in any way. We couldn't be happier. We are going out again tomorrow.Thanks again for taking such good care of us, we really appreciate your help. When we retrieved the boat, Claire was able to crank up the boat easily so I didn't have to get out and do it myself, how cool is that? Very satisfied.
