i am tremendously disappointed in a business that i've supported for 40 years. i started going to csc when a friend punctured the seat of my bent rattan rocker. i found this co. when i needed supplies. last year i replaced the back of my rocker and i noticed instead of soaking the cane for "about 30 min", it now had to be soaked 2 1/2-3 hrs. even when soaked for this incredible amt. of time, the cane for "this" project has cracked 3 (times). i've paid $13 two times. i paid another $13 yesterday. if this piece cracks, thanks ... read more
