The least friendly customer service you will ever receive at a pharmacy, just like everyone else has mentioned
Kiara and Chantel will make sure you leave disrespected and gaslit time and again. I've never ever ever seen staff treat patients so poorly and never switched pharmacies bc I was harassed for having concerns of any form about my medications which I need for a disabling severe muscle pain condition. I will go out of my way to share this with corporate after giving them too many chances. It's almost as if bad customer service is part of their business model at this point. The incompetence of this cvs would be comical if it wasn't so infuriating. People need their medication and need it on time. It's non negotiable and unacceptable if your business provides something so important. Don't go here if you have ANY other options. Zero stars
Edit: these places are going out of business in my area one by one and I can honestly say good riddance. Their business model was supposed to compete with Walgreens so they all pooped up next to Walgreens but they didn't prioritize customer service like idiots. How on earth they planned on overtaking Walgreens I'll never know. Their prices were higher, selection smaller including no tobacco or alcohol, and worse than all that they had atrocious customer service!
