Stupid just stupid, made it so damn difficult to talk to ANYONE when calling A pharmacy. Every SINGLE damn time it asks me to leave a message NOBODY ever calls me back. SO RUDE AND IGNORANT TO DO TO PEOPLE!!!!
There are 2 female pharmacists @ the 6410 E. State st. (Rockford IL) location that R absolutely horrible! They are both rude, nasty, uncaring, lazy, & condescending...They do Not know the meaning of "customer service"!!! Worse than Walgreens !!! Why doesn't upper mngmnt. do something? I'm sure I'm not the only dissatified customer! They are definitely causing profit loss as representatives of CVS !!! I am looking for a new pharmacy..
The personel R horrible in every way imaginable! RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, & no desire to help! No caring for your situation! Should NOT B dealing w/ the public! Could not even handle a position that would require to ask U "would U like fries w/ that"? !!!
This is a very user friendly pharmacy. All employees are courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful in every way possible. It is a pleasure visiting this CVS pharmacy.
