The people at this CVS location are very helpful and their communication is more helpful than at other pharmacy locations I have worked with before.
Son had questions about his Rx and left message because CVS now uses strictly a voicemail system instead of customers speaking directly to pharmacist.They didn't return his call. We picked up his meds and there was The only pharmacist there who explained There is no longer a way to directly phone a pharmacist if you have a question. Corporate decision, a lousy one at that.
