Ordered from Schnucks for the first time for Valentine’s Day. Ordered several days ahead of time. Flowers were not delivered on Valentine’s Day. Asked to change the address from my wife’s work to our home, (since they couldn’t deliver it during working hours) and then they pushed the delivery another day. Even though we live within a 5 minute drive. First and last time I’ll be using this service.
Jacob and Cooper were excellent! I had called after a floral delivery from the Clark Ln location dismissed our issue with our first delivery. Jacob and Cooper both said that our experience was not acceptable and were incredibly sorry about the first order. They had zero hesitation to replace the original delivery. The delivery driver came about an hour after I had talked to the Forum location and he was incredibly sorry and happy to deliver the replacement.
