Lots of options of flowers to choose from, but the lady behind the register was unhelpful, grouchy, and rude. I inquired about putting in an order and she frustratingly talked about how busy she was and how many orders she has to do. I felt like that was extremely tacky. Wish there were other floral options in Collinsville.
Will never order from here again, made my order, they call the day of delivery, dont have enough red roses, so i settle for half red half , then i just get a call they sent it off with door dash and they got in a wreck, when was supposed to be delivered around 2pm i get a call at 350 pm they wrecked
