I really used to enjoy grocery shopping, but now I literally hate it and it gives me anxiety whenever I step into this store. I only come here when I need less than 10 items. The new regulations and policing of self check makes me feel like I’m going through airport security. I’ve started going to Aldi and Dierberg’s for any big shopping. I’ve been a customer of this specific Schnucks for over 30 years, but they’ve lost a loyal customer because of the changes they’ve made.
