No. Absolutely Not. These people have slumlords running their buildings. I just moved out of a bad neighborhood to here so I could get some rest and get my work done, try to heal through the trauma of the crap I just survived...only to be met with the same abysmal bs here. I'm paying more to live in less space with the same issues; Heat was down for nearly a week, these evil people let the whole building go without heat though the holiday weekend. It killed my plants and prevented my other work from being done because the te... read more

Worst company to lease from! Management is a joke and then when they wrong you and you call them out on it they will get their joke of a legal team to respond trying to intimidate you. No wonder all the long term tenants move out and find other properties that aren't managed by Harsch. From outrageous CAM charges to new "rules" imposed without signed acceptance in the middle of your lease. Please look elsewhere for properties to lease in Las Vegas unless you like being talked down to and getting hosed by ever increasing rent... read more

they're showing their true colors at this time. nothing more than a greedy, self- serving bunch of filthy pigs. You would think that at this time they be a little more considerate of small business in light of the hammering we've all taken from Coronavirus but no. They don't care about you or your business they only care about an ever larger pile of money. They can rot... read more

You are deeply appreciated by all thinking, feeling and loving supporters of the LBGTQ community. Thank you for making the right choice in the matter of Verity Baptist Church's perpetration of hate speech against a highly discriminated on population.

Harsch Investment Properties you guys have a parking policy that will one day cause a woman to get raped or the elderly to get assaulted. If a person is working at a place that you manage, they should be allowed to park in that complex on a first come first served basis if there's limited parking. I understand that each business in that complex has staff that need to be there. THOSE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT NEED RESERVED PARKING. All others should be allowed to park on a first come first served basis.
