Never been disappointed.... had Chicken livers and potato cakes on Friday . Shapiro's in Indy has the best potato cakes .... the ones I had @ Schnitselbank were ok.
Four of us went to dinner together on a saturday, arriving just after 7pm. both couples wanted their own sampler platter with 8 meats. Just the sides to decide on. We also all wanted salad bar. All this took a bit of explaining to and from the waitress, who was competent. The menu is a bit of a problem to work out. Only 2 of us were ordering beer, the others just water. I had the old standby which was 1/4 dark with German fries and log cabin bread and butter. Never go wrong with the food.
