RecommendedFood is excellent, nice atmosphere, and the wait staff are the best. We live over an hour away from Jasper and drive there often just to enjoy a meal at the Schnitz. Well worth it... every time!
Food and service. Goulash coved sodium. No offer to assist. Blew it off waste of $20
Authentic German fare, in an authentic German setting. Delicious food, an extensive menu, a fantastic selection of beers from around the world. Folks are really friendly, and the service is top notch!

Amazing Black Forest Cake. Coconut pie is also a great choice! Save room for dessert, you won’t be disappointed.

Their salad bar is excellent !!!!! Wonderful food and service. Don’t leave without the strudel !!!!! 😎
