great appraiser, professional and knowledgeable
Unprofessional short fuse and a bit greedy. My mortgage bank asked for an appraisers addendum which I was happy to pay for, Schnitta told me “no that’s illegal you need a brand new appraisal issued”. While I would assume a large bank like Citi would be up to speed on “the law” I said alright when are you available to reappraise the property to which he said he wouldn’t need to physically visit just re-date the appraisal so basically he just wanted more money than I would’ve paid for his adding an addendum (I had already paid... read more
