Walked in at appt time, staff waiting and rushed my son in, no one said hello as dr was right behind and assistant began yelling out numbers regarding teeth.The assistant was VERY rude to my son telling him to put chin down (all the while no one has explained anything or even said hello or talked to myself or my son)to see teeth then proceeded to pull a tooth w/o asking!
