There are not an ESSENTIAL SERVICE!! First of all there no reason to move the lawn at from 630-800pm at Schneider’s decided 630-730 pm is an appropriate time to move, blow the sidewalks, and edge at CMC apartments. The first gentleman I spoke to couldn’t even name his employer. (~ approximately 4 workers at this particular location).
