We were instantly greeted upon arriving at the store, Ellen did an excellent job of showing us pieces that would meet our needs and worked with us to coordinate fabrics and colors. She also helped us with creating a room layout to see how all the pieces would fit in our space. First I wanted one small Fjords recliner, so we went up on a Friday evening to check out the store in Roseville and to check out the new small recliner I was interested in. Keenan Acken was our product specialist, and he was so knowledgeable, intelligent, and charming, we felt extremely comfortable explaining what it was that we needed and getting the thing that we wanted.
