When I first entered the store, I was unsure that I would find a couch that I thought would work for me. However, I was greeted by Glen Dawson. He could not have been nicer. He asked me what I was looking for--and after I told him what I needed in a couch--he showed me ONLY couches that met my specifications. It took me no longer than 5 minutes to find the perfect couch! Glen was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely work with him again!

Kristin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us get exactly what we wanted. Pricing was good, but it was her help that led us to buy. Polywood is a great product with a great warranty.
