I have never experienced such an unprofessional and disrespectful truck delivery process. Schneider told me that my truck was ready for pickup and gave me a specific appointment time. I arrived exactly as scheduled, and I have now been waiting for 8 HOURS just to receive my truck. The worst part is that nobody can give me a clear answer about what is happening or when the truck will actually be released.
