I was treated after a STEMI cardiac arrest I had onboard the Cruise ship. This was in February 2026 and up to this day (July 2026) I am trying to get in touch with ANYONE from this hospital to get my medical records. This records are very important for my recovery. I sent emails through the email address on their web page, tried patient contact link...Nobody replies. Poor service.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Labor & Delivery, OR, Nursery, and Postpartum teams at Schneider Regional Medical Center. From the moment we walked through the doors, we received truly incredible care. I was very nervous going into my C-section, and one of the nurses immediately recognized how anxious I was and went out of her way to comfort and reassure me. Unless you are dying, I would avoid this emergency room. Understaffed and in need of serious updating.
The staff and doctors all very helpful despite being overworked!
