As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't possibly have asked for a better agent than Carrie Christian. She reduced the anxiety to an absolute minimum by walking through each step and was incredibly helpful and responsive, and it's no exaggeration to say she saved the deal multiple times with her connections, knowledge, and plain old-fashioned hard work. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Let me start by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. Never use Daniele (realtor) and her handyman/contractor husband Mike. Work is atrocious and takes forever to get things done. What a scam they have going. Wish I could add photos because I have plenty of them. To fix what he did wrong has already cost me $25,000 extra dollars and to finish fixing the inside is going to cost me another $15,000. We didn’t buy a fixer upper or so we thought. We expected this to be move in ready and it’s far from it.
I am extremely grateful to work with Carrie Christian to sell my home. Carrie made the selling process seamless, and she always made sure any questions or concerns I had were answered and addressed. She was always there from start to finish. Her sage guidance and diligence were invaluable! I highly recommend Carrie and Schneider Real Estate Agency for anyone looking to buy or sell!!
