I had called to inquire about a tax consultation for my business, and he literally picked up the phone as if I was an inconvenience for him and was making him angry in our brief conversation. I am in the service business also, the number one way you can gauge the type of work a professional will do is how they treat prospective clients. I called willing to discuss using him as the accountant for my business and to become a client. Would not let my dog use this guy for anything tax related or otherwise.
