I usually don’t leave any reviews. But had to make time to say that Schneider Motors BMW did an exceptional job with my BMW X5 the Body Shop was great and the Customer Service Outstanding! I would definitely recommend anyone to come service their vehicle and give it the service it needs and deserves.
I came in for a diagnostic for a my 2001 BMW 330CI, and it took half the time, and they told me what was wrong. The people are friendly and are earnest to help out. I am bringing my car tomorrow to fix it, and hopefully it is not too much an issue. Frank the mechanic is down to earth, helpful, and even gave me a BMW logo for my car. Its a smaller shop but has real people, and I am beyond willing to have a local business fix my BMWs.

I was having problems with my wheel balance on my e28. I visited a few local shops that attempted to balance my wheels, but couldn't fix the vibration. I took my car to Schneider's and Ben personally drove me and introduced me to their tire mechanic and he even let me watch the balance process and showed me where the other shops incorrectly placed the weights and the balance problems were fixed! I recommend Schneider Motors.
Sandra and the mechanic were very nice and explained in layman’s terms all the small issues that need to be addressed in the near future. Great job!
