I came in for a diagnostic for a my 2001 BMW 330CI, and it took half the time, and they told me what was wrong. The people are friendly and are earnest to help out. I am bringing my car tomorrow to fix it, and hopefully it is not too much an issue. Frank the mechanic is down to earth, helpful, and even gave me a BMW logo for my car. Its a smaller shop but has real people, and I am beyond willing to have a local business fix my BMWs.

I was having problems with my wheel balance on my e28. I visited a few local shops that attempted to balance my wheels, but couldn't fix the vibration. I took my car to Schneider's and Ben personally drove me and introduced me to their tire mechanic and he even let me watch the balance process and showed me where the other shops incorrectly placed the weights and the balance problems were fixed! I recommend Schneider Motors.
