Just had a new furnace installed 1.5 years ago and it’s not working. Called and they told me they would be out today to look at it and later in the day they called me back and said they can’t come out until Monday.😡 it’s below freezing 🥶 house is currently at 50 and dropping. Why would they tell me they could come out and then cancel later. I feel they don’t stand behind what the salesman told me. I would never recommend this company.
I truly miss the Service we got from Service Plus. Schneider was to Service our AC this spring. Hmmm guess they missed us.
