Great Experience I had a lot of fear about going to the dentist. I had previously avoided the dentist for about 10 years. I went in today expecting to get a lot of bad news. The doctor was very thorough in explaining my dental health. Some things I expected - the cavities and needing to get my wisdom teeth pulled. But she explained gum disease to me in a way I understood and I feel like I have a clear treatment plan. The assistants were helpful - made sure I got all my questions answered. No pain, no fear I had a bad experience with my previous dental work and avoided going to the dentist for 10 years. I was referred to Dr Schneider by a co-worker who also had a bad dental experience in the past. I was relieved and thankful for Dr. Schneider and her willingness to have the patience and taking extra time in explaining in detail the procedure that was going to be completed. She is amazing at giving shots! My fear of the dentist is now gone!
Great Dentist The best dentist that I have ever been to! Dr. Schneider and her staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable. She gives options and goes over the pros and cons of the procedures that need to be done. They are in network with mostly all insurance companies and offer payment options. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new dentist.
Amazing family dentist My family - including my children and grand children have all been loyal patients of Dr. Schneider. She has been in practice for 10 years and we have enjoyed her being our family dentist since 2009. She is kind, compassionate and very thorough in her explanations of our treatment needs. She really seems to focus on our comfort during procedures. I highly recommend her and have sent several of our neighbors to be new patients as well!
Bad dentistry and greedy billing This location overcharged for services,billed me instead of insurance,recomended and performed dental work not required so she could charge me and my insurance,then send me to collection,small claims court then has my wages garnished. I am head of household for a house of 7,single income and contacted her lawyer to dispute garnishment,nerver got a call back.
