One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Very rude
Called for a customer service complaint and there was no way for me to contact HR department, tried to walk in but i was met with disrespectful attitude and theats and got the door slammed in my face even though i was trying to be nice and respectful, I don't recommend using their service
They are a manufacturer for Square D, not a retail electrical supply store just FYI
