Stay away from Clipsal. They will sell you extremely expensive components that will likely fail within 5 years. Thank you for your response. I tried tech support, but was informed that the CBUS touchscreen was discontinued and that nothing could be done, other than throw it in the recycle bin. Also had issues with the Wiser about 3 months ago, but managed to pay to get it fixed. A friend also had issues with his touchscreen after 5-6 years. Technicians are good but their after hours customer support is hands down the most convoluted system that defies and possibility of a prompt response for critical infrastructure.
